What is the difference between a Wish List and the Shopping Cart?

  • Wish Lists are your product selections, saved forever, in one easy-to access portal that can easily be added to the Shopping Cart for purchase
  • Wish Lists allow our store staff to provide timely follow up on quoted pricing, inventory, delivery options, and professional design input.
  • The Shopping Cart is where you purchase items directly from the website. Simply add items to the Shopping Cart by selecting them from the website or add them from a Wish List, then follow the simple checkout procedure.

Why Register?

  • Allows our store to offer you personal service, customized discounts, and special offers.
  • Allows you to create a project wish list for faster service and better communication for your project.
  • To register, click on the gift box icon located at the top right of the web page.
  • Select the “Register” tab and enter your Name, Phone, Email/Personal password. You can select a salesperson/store location if you have a preference.

*Note: If you are already a Walters customer, be sure to enter your Customer Number so we can ensure that we match your pricing.

How do I make a Wish List?

  • Once you have registered a Wish List is automatically created for you called “My first wish list”. You can rename the Wish List or create new ones. You can access them by clicking on the gift box icon located at the top right of the web page.
  • You may share your Wish Lists with others. Simply print or email them with ease.

I’ve Registered and made a Wish List. Now what?

  • Congratulations! And thank you for shopping with our store.
  • Our sales staff will be alerted about your wish list and will be happy to assist you. We will be in touch soon. You can always reach out to us at the link below.
  • If you have a Business Account with Walters Wholesale, our management team can set up your personalized pricing structure.
  • Access your past wish lists, continue to edit wish lists, make new wish lists at your convenience.
  • Our virtual store is always open and we are happy to follow up with professional and personal assistance!

Can I make a tax-exempt purchase?

  • To make a tax-exempt purchase Walters must have a copy of your tax exemption certificate on file. Please contact us at the link below so we can collect the required documentation and set you up in the system. Once you have been setup you will be able to use the Shopping Cart to make tax-exempt purchases.
